From Emily:

I strive to create therapeutic spaces that are non-judgemental, empowering, and collaborative, allowing you to bring your whole self to session. I prioritize creating genuine human relationships with my clients. Your story, and all its parts, are welcome here. With an integrative and flexible approach to therapy, some modalities that resonate with me include Internal Family Systems Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness-based interventions. I am interested in working with clients 18+ regarding burnout, relationship concerns (romantic, friendships, and family), life transitions and recalibration after loss, trauma, neurodivergence, and women's health issues. We are all humans doing life for the first time, and I am honoured to witness all of your humanity as I walk alongside your healing journey.
