Aislin Temple

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), BA, MACP (she, her).
Life is full of challenges, some expected, others completely overwhelming. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, or simply feeling lost, Aislin is here to help you find clarity, healing, and resilience. With experience working with children, teens, and adults, Aislin works hard to create a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and challenges without judgment. No two people are the same, which is why therapy should be as unique as you are.
From Aislin:
I am a dedicated and compassionate psychotherapist with experience working with children, youth, and adults. I believe therapy is not a one-size-fits-all approach and strive to create a personalized, integrative experience for each client.

Using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, I help clients navigate various mental health concerns. Whether supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions, I focus on fostering resilience and self-awareness in a safe, supportive space.
I aim to collaborate with clients to explore their unique strengths and challenges, empowering them to develop effective coping strategies and achieve meaningful change.

Through a personalized approach, blending evidence-based techniques with genuine care, I help clients regain control of their lives and build lasting emotional strength. Therapy is designed to meet you where you are, providing support for all ages and life stages in a warm and welcoming environment.

You do not have to start this journey alone. We will start with a free 15-minute phone consultation to ensure that you and I are a good fit for each other. If you are feeling good about our brief connection, we would then set up our first appointment, during which we address any concerns and problem areas and set some goals for our work together.
