Amber takes a compassionate, client-centered approach to therapy, integrating evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness practices. She is committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and supported while working toward meaningful, lasting change. She has experience working with adults and young individuals and is particularly passionate about helping clients navigate challenges with anxiety, OCD, ADHD, grief, and stress that come from life transitions.

In our work together, I take an empathetic approach to understanding your life experiences and work together to find the best ways to navigate through this difficult time. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can openly explore what you are experiencing while also supporting you as best as I can along the way.
My goal as your therapist is to help you build the skills you need to create meaningful change. I draw from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based therapy. Together, we will work on understanding and shifting the emotional patterns that may be impacting you. Above all, I want you to leave each session feeling heard, understood, and supported.
I work with clients aged 13 and older and have experience supporting individuals with life transitions, ADHD, burnout, OCD, stress management, anxiety, and depression. I am also specialized in supporting individuals navigating reproductive health issues and the impact that it has on one’s mental wellbeing, including fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum experiences, PCOS and Endometriosis, and hormonal changes.
