From Katie:

Welcome! I support individuals working through anxiety, depression, trauma, and the unique experiences of neurodivergence. In our work together, we’ll explore your inner world: how family dynamics shape your patterns, how to strengthen self-esteem and self-awareness, and how to connect with your sense of identity and direction in life. My goal is to help you reflect on your values and choices so you can move toward a life that feels more authentic and aligned.

I have experience supporting people with depression, anxiety (including existential concerns), complex trauma and attachment challenges, neurodivergence and ADHD, relationship difficulties, and times of transition.

My style is collaborative, down-to-earth, and relational. I value creating a safe, supportive space where growth feels possible—and where humour can be a companion along the way. If you’re ready to explore who you are and what shifts could help you build a life you feel at home in, I’d be glad to connect.

Let's connect!
