From Maisie:
Hi, and welcome — I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m passionate about creating a space where you feel truly seen, heard, supported, and safe. My priority is to build a genuine therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, collaboration, and acceptance — a space where every part of you is welcome. Therapy with me is about showing up as you are and knowing that you don’t have to go through life’s challenges alone.
I offer support for individuals (teenagers and adults) and couples presenting with concerns related to relationship difficulties (romantic, platonic, or family), anxiety, ADHD, self-esteem, life transitions, trauma, grief and loss, and emotional regulation. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck, there’s also space for that here!
My approach is integrative and flexible. While I primarily draw from Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and Client-Centered Therapy (CCT), I also incorporate techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), somatic experiencing, and solution-focused approaches. As a therapist, I bring warmth, humour, transparency, and presence into the therapy space — along with psychoeducation, gentle and insight-focused reflection, and tools to support your growth.
You don’t have to carry everything on your own. Let’s begin where you are and move forward — together.
