From Rachel:
Most of us need support when facing serious illness, caring for a loved one through medical challenges, or coping with grief and end-of-life concerns. I provide counselling and healthcare navigation support to help with both the emotional impact of these experiences and the practical realities that come with them.

My practice focuses on serious illness, caregiving stress, palliative and end-of-life care, Medical Assistance in Dying (MAiD), and grief and bereavement. Sessions are tailored to each person's needs, whether you are looking for emotional support, help navigating difficult decisions, or both.

I believe that having a supportive space to talk through what you're experiencing can make a difficult situation feel a little less overwhelming.
