Suparva Gautam

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), MA (she, her).

Healing is a journey, and it looks different for each person. Whether you’re struggling with ADHD, PTSD, anxiety, depression, or the pressures of people-pleasing and self-esteem, Suparva's goal is to walk beside you as you work through the challenges you're facing, one day at a time. Suparva deeply believes that when we create a compassionate relationship with ourselves, it becomes easier to navigate our inner and outer worlds. Research has shown that when we approach ourselves with kindness, we can make decisions that not only improve our own wellbeing but also benefit those we care about. Suparva is welcoming new clients virtually.

From Suparva:

I’m here to create a safe, understanding space for you — just as you are. My approach is grounded in compassion and openness, where you can express yourself freely and feel supported every step of the way.

I specialize in ADHD and related conditions, anxiety, depression, people-pleasing tendencies, and trauma, including PTSD. My work is focused on helping you create healthier habits, build self-awareness and emotional strength, and move towards a more balanced, fulfilling life. Whether you’re navigating the complexities of ADHD or processing deep-seated trauma, I’m here to help you understand yourself better, and develop coping strategies according to your needs. I take a holistic approach to therapy. I believe in collaborating with you to reach your goals and enhance your overall wellbeing. You won’t be facing this journey alone.
Together, we will explore the most effective ways to support your growth, tailored to your needs and experiences.
With over a decade of experience in the field, my qualifications include certifications in Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and
Narrative Therapy. I also have specialized training as an ADHD CCSP Provider, and I am a member of CADDRA (Canadian ADHD Resource Alliance). Currently, I am enrolled in the EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) training and will be completing the certification by mid of this year further expanding my approach to
support your healing journey.

I draw from these proven modalities, including CBT, DBT, ACT, SFBT, Narrative Therapy, and mindfulness practices, to provide a compassionate, client-centered approach. This ensures that our work together is always tailored to meet your needs while respecting your personal experiences. Most importantly, I want you to feel seen, heard, and valued in our work together. Your story is unique, and my goal is to create a space where you can begin to understand it better, heal from past pain, and step into the person you were always meant to be.

If you are ready to begin, I’d be honoured to walk with you on your journey — at your pace, with patience and care.
